hmm with all these crashes in the k750i. I think i might wait a month, or till they sort it out. Don't like the hassle of returning the phone, after charging it and playing with it, then releasing its crashed n faulty, and having to return it back and go through the process again. |

OK I dont want to panic anyone but twice now I have left my new K750i on and have gone back to use it after a while and the phone remains frozen with the clock and black screen. I try to press buttons and theres no response, I call it and it goes to answer phone. I had to twice remove the battery and restart the phone.
Has anyone had a similar problem with the K700?
What could cause this?

Oh, ok... when u said Arabic/english phone i assumed u must be from the middle east... i have ordered my k750 from the middle east and was wondering if there are bugs there too in the simfree version.. as most of the people with problems seem to be from Uk/ or with branded phones..

i am worried about my k750i. I have it on its 1st charge. So far i have used it on the battery power i got with the phone when i bought it, and experienced no problems. Phone did go on standby mode where the clock moves about but its been fine. When should i experience this freezing problem??? |

If its going to happen it just will! it happens when left so there is no user interaction. Also you should always charge your phone before first use, never straight from the box read the manual!

@ Killhippie did you returns your phone back? Or you just waiting for a filmwear update? If your waiting for an update, does the update normally fix the problem easily?? Should i take mines back? if it happens? |

Its up to you i would imagine all of them may have this problem,i will wait for an upgrade as i have been through the many replacement phone cycle before! but you are entitled to a refund or a different handset anyway.Firmware updates sort most problems out
