Do you leave your bluetooth on? |

off. without doubt leaving bluetooth on drains battery life whether it is transferring or not. I've never been bluejacked either, even with leaving it on sometimes by accident after leaving work... I must be hanging in the wrong circles. |

Yeah i too agreed tat leaving it on does decrease the batt but it all depends on the bluetooth radio. Eg P910's bt radio will consume more power than T610's radio because its more powerful

For those of you who want to know about bluejacking, check out www.bluejackq.com
Bluejacking is legal and fun, while bluesnarfing is illegal. Just for your information.

I leave my bluetooth on all the time as I use a BT headset and use it to connect with my PC most nights.

Given the choice I would use the automatic mode but my computer will not find the phone when in auto.

Me - sometimes . . . Mostly, when I am in the mall and wants to meet a pretty babe . . . I guess the battery will drain fast when the BT is always turned - ON !

I left it on in a restaurant once and someone sent me a joke video, so sometimes I'll leave it on now! |

He would be fine as that virus only affects series 60 phones. That is unless dc is using a series 60 of course.
