It's going for about $400CDN here.
But we only get it through independant companies that bring phones over from Hong Kong.

I am still wondering up till now why the sudden plunge of it's market price considering that all the features are already installed with this model When I had my Nokia 7610 then (7/04) and my 1st K7, the price was almost - the same . . . but look at the price of the Nokia 7610 and SE K7 now . . . the disparity between the prices of the two now is very - HUGE !!! It's about $249USD here in the states. It'll probably go down another 5-10 when the K750 finally hits the shelves.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but i think canadians living in toronto or montreal are being ripped off by hongkies who migrated there. Why pay so much for k700 now.

looking at the popularity list on esato web page, i noticed that k700 has never claimed top spot since its launched. in contrast to t610, it has been there b4 and never drop below top 5. if k700 is so good and sooooo popular around the world, why can't it better the position of t610 and if something is so good, by right it should hold its value well, but it didn't. in fact if you comapre its launching price and now, it makes your jaw open wide. it has almost all the features for an advance phone, but why such a big drop in price, even if k750 is arriving, in my opinion it shouldn't drop that much. so far, no one has better GBP110.

Probably because the T610 was more readily available to the public than the K700 was. True that the K was a superior phone, but the T was marketed as a mid level phone that had features that appealed to many at an affordable price.

If the K was sold through wireless carriers as well as phone shops, there would be no doubt that the K would hold the top spot instead of the T.

@786KBR: It my maths is rusty or you're buying your phones from suspicious sellers but there's no way the K700 goes for under GBP100....bought my phone a couple of months ago for about US$350...but it has since dropped to about US$300.

This thread really depresses me. I bought this phone for 18000 INR last year. Now it's approaching half that price! And frankly i had bought a phone which was way beyond what i am supposed to get with my budget. So i'll never sell this phone even if i buy another. The prospect of losing so much money...!

A little comparison from the past.
When T68i was released in 2002, it costed here in Estonia ca 670 euros. But at last the price was ca 250 euros (about new phone).

@usmando

Here's something to make you feel better. Back when the Nokia 8890 was new, I paid the same price for that phone that I did for my K700i brand new.

Still kinda depresses me when I think about it.
