u got me right there.....
ok i am in the settings now..........
this is what it says...
enable images...checked
enable cookies....checked
identify as MSIE....checked
use small fonts ...unchecked
use fewer colors....unchecked
enable java script....checked
no of pages to cache ....1.....modified as 10...i made it..
one more
in advanced ...
connection port...80.....choice 8080 tooo

other than this nothing
i saved it in the application folder too .....

ok ......its the same settings that i have put in ....
in the advanced ..i put the port as 80 ......and 8080.....both tried ..but failed......now what guys......i am lost am i.......or is there hope still left...?
is there any phone settings....?to be made to make it work....please?



i dont know how to define the connection .....what did u mean by that...?

Did you define the connection through which the browser connects to the net? Hutch gprs in your case. I think. Access point to be precise.

i am sorry ...i dont have any clue about what u r trying to say.....can u please be more clear..........i really do not have any idea about internet settings....all i have done is mentioned above ......other than that ...nohing done


k i can give u the streaming settings in my phone


connection using......hutch_GPRS
use proxy....yes
ip address......10.10.1.100
port...9410...changed to 8080...tried 80 also...


in the internet settings
...internet profile...
inside hutch gprs...settings
connect using...HUTCH_GPRS
internet mode ...wap
ip address.....010.010.001.100
security..off
username and password....as blank

@rajsekar - Yours is a Rs 99 package which means wap ONLY ! and for using webviewer, you need full web gprs because webviewer browses html pages and not wap pages

I guess i am having it . . . Rs 99 . . Package . . . My friend uses the same too . . He is able to download heavier files though . . . Not me . . . So . . Ya . . I am having full account . .

By the way . . . I am able to browse some of the html pages through my built in browser too . . . How does that work ?

may be those pages were optimised for wap like esato's html lite page - mobile.esato.com

Maybe the k700 itself has a restriction on the file size
