Now i have a v800 too. And trading_shop on ebay sells faceplates again. They have black, silver and champagne in stock now. I just ordered a silver one

No problem...
I had to have help, didn`t want to use any cards like the guide says, so I asked my girlfriend to help me out...
She used her (strong) fingernails, and just popped the housing up...
