There will OBVIOUSLY be a succesor, quite a big one in fact.

Remember, Sony left the PDA business to focus on Smartphones, so they need this one to be big to prove to the world smartphones are the future .

It`s taking them way too long....

If, and I mean if and when they decide to release new models, it will again take forever for these to hit the shelves...

By the time z800, k600, k750i are released they are already outdateted specs wise I think....

Great news! Hermione sounds like I found my 3G fone for satelite navigation, we just need to see when it's gon'e come, they need to be fast, right now I'm waiting for Samsung D720 & these fones aint the ones normal people buy every year...

@Pallister: Z800 agreed;
K600: low budget 3G? Haven't seen another one that small slick & cheap, good chances to replace Nokias 62xx 63xx series as business mega seller in 3G, no stupid gimmicks for us, just a need fone that works w/ SE typical great office skills;
K750: Specs are way good enough to compete w/ Samsung D600, 2G mass production, must be on the market for x-mas

i wouldnt mind if the next p-series came out a bit later, and had all the functions we ALWAYS moan about ... id rather they got it right and took longer, than rush it and it not meeting our expectations ...

I'm allso waiting for the P910 successor. I use a P900 at the moment, with a Thinkoutside BT Keyboard, and I'm very happy with it. However, my contract runns out in Jan. and I'm realy hoping for the "P1000" to be out by then. The other phones mentioned, K750 and W800, is not intended for gadjetfreeks like us and is therefor not something I would considder either. The GPS and 3MP cam sounds like killer stuff to have, hope it's true. // Johan

If it comes out with everything we always moan about its going to have to have the form factor of a laptop
