Yes, it is always good to hear from those who can offer criticism. It is actually probably more important as it lets us know where we can improve.

I have no axe to grind, neither am I in any way associated with se-nse.com, but I can't agree with you that any opinion counts as constructive criticism, and you seem to be intent on interpreting the response to your post as negatively as possible (your last contribution, for example). It would have been constructive if you had suggested even one way in which it could be improved, rather than simply rubbishing the site as Esato's poor relation.
There is nothing in your post that is constructive, and I think that Dyce and Scotsboy are being extremely diplomatic in implying that there is.
As the main subject matter of the forum is similar to Esato's, there are bound to be similarities in the content and the fact that a chat forum contains chat should not come as a surprise to anyone who is familiar with the concept.
Anyway, enough of this, at risk of jacking this thread. And good luck with your promotion push. We need someone to stick it up the Geordies after last weekend!

the way i see it, i come on to easto to use esato and not to be confronted with posts advertiing other forums on a CONSTANT basis, why dont you try to promote the site totally seperate than esato, it will never survive on esato members alone, or it will be just a 2 bit forum like millions others,

I would agree with Dyce, this thread was created by mistake after an earlier one had already been created. However, this section of Esato is for advertising new sites, you don't have to come in and look if you don't want to.  Thank you for your comments though, they are appreciated.

Critiscm is of course welcome, but Esato i have found is very anti nokia and thats not what it should be about. Supporting  does not mean undermining the rest.
With this fresh new forum, its a portal, it has imho some better news updates etc. and is great for the layout. Its not a rival, after all forums are not businesses, its another place to come chat about !
Lets not argue guys... Its a great forum and we'll leave it at that...
