lol my biggest phone bill was £780 on vodophone 2 years ago i was a student and i was on holiday in kavos so i rang the girlfriend everyday and text her all the time, our holiday was fcuk'd wen we got there no trasferes or hotel so was constantly on phone to travel agent in uk for 3 hours trying to sort out the mess, let my mates use my ohone so they cld give me money tht way i had more to spend on holiday, got back and singlepoint ("yuk!!") phones and informed me my bill was just under £780 so i sed ok barring in mind my bill wasnt due for another 15 days i thought i cld work some extra shifts at sainsburys but oh no they wanted it right then right now and they didnt want the £780 they wanted £1000 to secure a payment because of the amount of money spent on it over two weeks they needed a secure payment of what the predicted bill wld be at the end of the month needless to say i refussed paid the 780 on credit card contract ran out and i took singlepoint and flushed them down the loo

i remember about 3yrs ago wen i had jus started workin for voda.... i got to go to japan for a month to see how J-phone worked and tested phones.... we had our company phones and i used mine like i would back in the UK.... we all had a laugh when we checked the bills and mine turned out to come in at about £1500 (give or take a few pounds) i was shocked but then remembered i dont pay for my bills and went about doing my job again....
but on average i spend about 6-800 pound a month on my phone.... i use it a lot... but i dont pay so he he haha...... i feel sorry for u but in $ it sounds bad in £ its not so bad.... put it in turkish money an it runs into millions!!!

God. Those are some bills! My bills are usually less than $$20! I have full internet access, EDGE, plus roaming charges. Thats peanuts! Lucky to be here in India!

Hehehe... I'm Practically living on roaming 190 days a year and my bill comes out to be Rs. 3000 (approx.) Thats less then $70 a month. India's SOOO Cheap (Hence all the outsourcing here ).

In countries with roaming agreements, India and Saudi Arabia is the most expensive.

It's like when I use my home network SIM and roam in Hong Kong or Singapore a phone call would cost me US$1.50 per minute while in India it would cost me US$2.20. An SMS message in HK or Singapore would cost US$0.26 while in India it cost me US$0.43 per text message sent.
That's almost double.
US roaming rates are even cheaper. T-mobile and Cingular charges US$0.69 per call while AT&T charges US$0.99. Outgoing text messages cost only US$0.20 at T-mobile and Cingular and US$0.30 at AT&T.
These prices were computed without their corresponding taxes and duties.
