the idea is that no doy does it at all,
therefore no wrong justice can be performed,
i say the punsihment should be greater than the crime to competely the stop any crimes at all.

I think lashes are too 16th century. Now, jail term along with psychiatric counselling should be the norm for rapists. One can't fathom the torture the victim goes through.

@slattery69 as per Masseur chopping the nuts off removes the source of testosterone and will massively reduce sexual urge/drive - that's why it works when you get it done to your dog if it humps anything that moves.

@mince inside yes thats fine if the aim of the rapist is purely have sex with the victim, however i not sure if sex is the overridding desire of serial rapists is that there main aim when raping or is it there more to it than simlply forced sex
also without the desire for sex he may use other impliments as i mentioned early to carry out the act.i always feel its just better to lock people up and not let them out were they can cause damage to other people and not with ps2 and tvs

You cant be wrongly accused cause the Saudi Rules follow islamic rules, so there has to be a certain amount of witnesses, 1 sometimes is not sufficient, adultary in some cases is 4

@slattery69 I couldn't agree more with locking them up also and no separate wing of the prison and made to wear a sign saying "Rapisit". Add Peadophiles to the above list

i dont really just stuff ive read in the past seemed to imply that for serial rapists its not just the sex. i/the stuff ive read could be totally wrong. |
