The wooden phillips tvs arent wood, theyre plastic that are made to look like wood, I have one of them.

How about some sort of hardened Glass or Ceramic ....That would give the handset a amazing feel and look.

heres a crazy idea make the phone out of plastic or sumthin then coat it with some cloth. i dont know how it would work i just thought id throw the idea out there lol |

Termites.
How about titanium, strong but very light. Phone will probably cost a few grand each.
Didn't Fred Flinstones have a phone made out of granites or some rocks?

the cloth for the nokia was not all that durable so i think it could be done better.
also that phone is just utter rubbish.
what about leather with heater to warm your facel ike car seats lol

Yeah my mates P900 seemed to be chipped quite a lot though like I said he never took good care of it.
I think a wooden veneered phone might clash with SEs futuristic image. Everything about SE in my opinion says 'modernity'.
Seeing how phone chassis need to be quite intricate to accommodate all the components it would have to be a high pressure injection moulding.
Aluminium alloy would be cool but titainium better.
However, any manufacturer which makes a high end phone out of cheap plastic deserves to be spanked very hard.
I suppose you could not have a plastic keypad on a metal body, it wouldn't look right. So metal keypad as well. |
