So, are semosas really that difficult to make? |

Heck no! They are very easy to make. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash. Then add some jeera seeds - dont know what u call em in english - peas, chopped chillies, finely chopped carrots, (and other vegetabels which you might like), salt and red chilli powder to taste and mix thoroughly. Then take dough made of wheat and roll it into small round pancakes about 4 inch in diameter. Roll the pancake into a cone and fill the mashed stuff inside the cone and close the cone. Fry the cones in a hot sunflower oil (preferred over other veg oils). Its ready
You can eat it with lots of things - like green chutney or ketchup |

At the same time do you have any recipes of Azerbaijan food? I do wonder what their diet is. Its such a small, unknown country. I would vastly interested to learn more about it! |

Vsnake> If you like chillies so much then great! Here is one quick chilli snack for you. We have this with tea back home in the evenings.
Take gram flour and add a bit of salt and baking powder to it. Mix it into a paste (not too thick, not too watery). Add to it half a tea spoon of chilli powder so that you get the tingling taste on the tongue. Now take chillies (preferably the thick ones, not the thin long ones) and dip them in the paste so that it is covered fully and then fry em in sunflower oil. Fry till it becomes golden in colour and eat when it is hot. Mmmmm im sure you will really like it!
If the chilli has too many seeds and its too hot to eat, then add a few drops of lemon juice inside it. It also improves the taste |

Hey ppl, another Indian is here.
Its nice to see ppl talking abt food here. Its making me hungry
Anyways, whats going on out there in India? Yashwant Singh is the new External Affairs minister, eh? He wont do the job as nicely as his predecessor did!
@maltesh: u an investor? broker? trader? what?
@vsnake: I've heard abt that stuff going on in Sri Lanka. But haven't the Norwegian peace talks been successful?
All others: If you are into food, send me a sample of ur food items here in Dubai and I will sample them and tell you how good they are. Im a good food reviewer.
ka india mein bol bala ho gaya (dont stress ur mind, this stuff is in hindi!)
I'm member #100 on this website. I think! |

ewap> Mez a broker and an analyst What are you doing in Dubai? By the way its Jaswant Singh who is the new finance minister and not Yashwanth Singh You made a clone of finance and foreign minsiters But I think the new finance minister is better. He understands the pulse of the financial market better than his predecessor. More than that he knows how to convince his opponents the need for strong measures and will not 'roll back'. Only time will tell. |
