Glo is really tryn besides the fact that i loaded crdt on a day & it was all zapped as i was tryn to send a txt that didn't go.
Glo is the only ntwk that its customer care will call you

Hi guys, i'm new here and also happy to be here. I actually switched to glo cos of GPRS which is unavailable on other networks in Nigeria, can you believe that i've never been able to retrieve my account balance by #124# since i purchased the simpack 2 months ago? this really sucks cos i don't even know whether i'm being ripped off. I've called customer care on 121 several times to complain about this and i've never been able to get tru, whenever it connects the call drops after 20secs. I think glo's shit? |

u got to be really careful when u r using the gprs an internet addict like me i'd just go browsing away when i look at the amount of information i see over 1 megabyte and panick cuz then i just lost about 700 bucks
