Oh, i drink once go bout two months. When i do drink it is usually jackdaniels, I dont smoke and am against pepsi and coke.

I "DON'T" : smoke, drink, womanize, go clubing, strip, take illegal drugs, commit adultery and not into incest etc. . . . I only 'lie' more frequent (just kidding, me not a liar too) ! |

Welcome aboard mate! First of all let me congratulate you on your decision to quit! I am no expert in this field, but i have helped a friend of mine to quit his smoking habit. I would recommend you a book by Anthony Robbins titled "Awaken the giant within" which has a truly effective chapter called "pain and pleasure" it might be of some help to you. Hope this helps. ;-)

I 'STRIP' usually when I was about to go for a bath mates! But lately it's been cold in my place so, I don't take a bath . . . only twice a day now, since it was 4 times daily weeks ago . . .

i enjoy a nice pint every now and then, it's a shame you have to be 21 to buy in this country. i think the reason i have such a hard time quitting smoking is i turn into a chimney whenever i start drinking...  |
