and the utter ignorance of people who post saying 'russia and japan both hate america, what do you think' offends me too. Yes, I'm talking about you, @Wazuki. How can you be so blind as to think that ALL russians and japanese hate Americans.

ANd its not Americans they hate, its the American attitude a la GW Bush. [addsig]

there is a HUUUUUUUGGE difference between what the world thinks of american citizens and american polity.
the world likes american citizens... yeah they're a little slow brained, but who isn't? nice people to chat with, to go out and have a great time!!

american polity on the other hand has been hated for some time now, and i doubt if overnight policy changes can help turn that around. it does take time, but i'm sure will happen eventually.

I love the yellow lizards that live outside of my door. but one door down are green lizards. One bit me once so them I hate all of them I hate the way they walk and the way they build their nests. I mean a yellow one bit me once but that was a long time ago so I know hate the newly biteing green lizards. I would kill the greenies but my neighbor is a big dude so I think I will just bitch about it here.

@wazuki nations had, have and will have differences, but hate has nothing to do with nations, more with individual feelings of some members of the nations.
