Yes it can be converted. However this depends on the quality of the wave table (place that contains all the instruments) on your soundcard (like it is on a cellphone) some soundcards have an 8mb wavetable or higher. Many tools can be found on the net. But I'm behind a business pc which has poor quality midi. |

What I would like is the original tone, without the fading and explosion, so I could put together a signal that will do the original tone first a couple of times, then go in to fade and explode! Anyone with the complete nokiatone in mp3 or wav? |

To those who want to convert a wav or mp3 to midi: It`s impossible! Midi is based on notes while mp3/wav is just a recording. Thats why you can never get you voice in midi unless you sample it but then everyone would have to have that same player with that sample installed. To explain this easy: midi is your car and wav/mp3 is a picture of it.
