Selectable SMS tones of course.
The ability to download pics that don't triple in size compared to other phones.
A decent camera that works indoors in artificial light without nightmode like most other cameraphones.
AND LET US VIEW ATTACHMENTS ON ALL MODELS! We can send fine, we can even download them to a mysterious location. We just can't see them. S is that just a scam to force us into mms?

yes it is 
but as mms is such an utterly useless feature so far ( i want phone to phone messaging... not phone to provider website) they might as well leave it out completely as far as i'm concerned.

Why yes you can mms to phone within the country. Suggestion, rationalizing the price policy especially in india!

and no you cannot mms phone to phone here, especially not on vodafone and definitely not abroad... while that is what i would want the most.

@vlamm: I agree totally with your point on availability of unbranded phones, the proliferation of branding, especially with Vodafone is one of my annoyances at the moment!

I would really like it if the backlight stopped turning off when the phone is doing something!
If i am loading a large web page or downloading a large item i have to tap the screen every 30 seconds to get the light back on. I know it sounds really minor but it just gets to you after a while.
It really is a simple conversation:
Backlight: "my 30 seconds is up, can i turn off?"
Phone: "no, im busy. Leave me alone"
or :
Backlight: "my 30 seconds are up, can i turn off?"
Phone: "do what you want, im having a cup of tea."
See? Easy!

How about adding the birthday feature on the calendar? Isn't that one of the main uses for your calendar? And people have more than 1 mobile, more than 1 email etc.
And when you take a picture how about when you take it, it comes out in all resolutions, so you can send the large one to your email & keep the small ones stored on your phone ( as oppossed to taking 2 diffferent shots to have 2 different sizes) |

Dear se! My shy wish is a usable, good performance battery, automatic bt feature and the possibility to reach fone menu without disconnecting wap. If its not much to ask. I got used to the menu, even hardly. In case u need help, u may pls contact the swedish collegas in Lund. Tia, reg.

That is a really good suggestion about the fact that there should be more than one field for number types and e-mail addresses, it would make things so much easier when one has contacts who have both home and work contact details.

I think that sony ericsson should stop letting vodaphone ruin there phones with ugly menus etc!! I also think someone mentioned a jog dial, i love the jog dials! lol |
