@kim good thread, sorry but songs not song - quite a mix...
I wanna be like you(Jungle book) - (King) Louis Prima (first favourite song)
'A' bomb in Wardour Street - The Jam (first dance floor fight)
Jump around - House of Pain (last dance floor fight)
Mystify - INXS (great song at the time for pulling)

Just the one - Levellers (best sums me up)

Probably more to come...

i'll serve your ass like John McEnroe, if your girl steps up im smackin the ho! Word to your moms, i came to drop bombs, i got more rhymes than the bible got Psalms, just like the prodigal son i've returned, anyone stepping to me you'll get burned, cos i got lyrics and you aint got none, if you wanna battle bring a shotgun!

House of pain, jump around! What a tune!

Some real favourites -

Lynyrd Skynyrd - Sweet homa alabama - great to sing when you are absolutely twatted
Bon Jovi - Livin on a prayer - likewise
Meat Loaf - Just great, full stop.
Guns 'n' Roses - Its got to be Paradise City, innit.
Dr Dre - forgot about Dre - wicky wicky waa waa
Wham - wake me up before you go go - Jitterbug. Jitterbug. Jitterbug.
Take me home, country roads, to the place i belong! West Virginia, mount your momma (!) Another great one for drunken singing

Your ex? That songs only been out about 15 minutes!

How about

Stiltskin, Inside. I love that song.
The Animals, we gotta get out of this place
The Animals, House of the Rising Sun

I'm into older music, the new stuff around is utter shite.
I like a bit o' dre/eminem, and some dance music, clubland type dance.
Basically i like anything decent, not the absolute dross that (somehow) makes it into the charts. Natasha Bedingfield? Phuck off.

If you want great music, listen to Virgin Radio Classic Rock. No news, no adverts, just great music.

If you've got a DAB radio in the UK, I recomment Planet Rock - pure class!

Real old-fashioned rock. They even sometimes play the Darkness!

everytime a November Rain by Guns N' Roses or Fake Plastic Trees by Radiohead comes on I secretly weep over my ex-girlfriend. She was the best I ever had and I don't think I will ever find anything quite like her.
