Hi!
I got the P900 and 3Com bluetooth to work!
Here is how I did:
0) clear all existing bluetoothconnections between cpu & phone.
1) Open the "phone connection link"-manager and make sure that no bluetooth links are checked.
2) reboot computer
3) open "phone connection link"-manager and check the bluetooth comport that in 3com manager is listed as HOST(com10 in my case), not client.
4) reboot computer (not again... 
5) open 3com BT manager and do a refresh. let pc find the phone.
6) Save passwords etc and so on.
Now the "phone connection link"-manager suddenly also have the clientport (com9 i my case) checked and everyting works fine.
ps. does anyone know how to disable the anoying "a program is trying to acces your outlook adresslist...". and also how to schedule a sync to run frequently?
