bjambean Joined: Feb 27, 2002 Posts: 476 PM	Posted: 2002-06-10 08:27 It is my understanding, as a physics student, that there are 1000 milliseconds in a second but you'll find that most devices e.g. stopwatches will only record milliseconds to an accuracy of 2 figures so when you watch shows '35' in the millisecond section it means '350' milliseconds.
