let me recap... that's £20/month extra on top ofyour monthly subscription...just to be able to send/store MMS via the T-Mobile website??? It is sooooo nice to be ignorant...http://sms.lycos.co.uk offers you the same thing free ..again that's FREEEEEEE MMS...+you can actually send stuff to another mobile network user...

Do you work for T-Mobile per chance?

ok..I've calmed down now

MMS is shite for the moment, give it 1 year and it will be worth using. But definitely not £20/month NOW where we are just at the start of the bandwagon effect and no1 has MMS!

I guess I must just be sad, I spend over £20 a month on text messages, so to me it doesn't seem so much!

With all due respect, that's bull...T-Mobile's underlying transfer technology for MMs is good old wap...and taunting an Orange user with GPRS @ £4/month doesn't make sense...YOU DO NOT HAVE the full MMS tech that other networks will implement shortly...for example, if I were to get a T-Mob contract and sign to your 'MMS' @ £20/month extra, you, uglydad, still wouldn't be able to send me MMS stuff directly to my T68i although we'd be on the same network with identital contracts etc......Catch my drift?

T-Moble seems to be the future, i used to have one2one, then i moved to vodafone just because 121 didn't have any decent phones, less than a week la8ter they had the t68 a month la8ter they have mms.
I think next year am going back (Specialy if the consider buying unlocks phones)

lets not get into which network is better please, they're all sh**e.

choosing a network should never be based on what phones they have to offer otherwise you end up with a crap timeplan and a phone you hardly use...buy offline if you can, what seems good now is really sh** in 6 months or less.

here's the details off the website - http://www.t-mobile.co.uk -

Picture messaging (MMS) lets you capture and share your moments as and when they happen. Why just send text mobile to mobile when you can take and send photos and sounds too!

To start picture messaging you will need to:
1. Purchase the Sony Ericsson T68i with CommuniCam™
Special package price of £199.99 with subscription to the T-Mobile Picture Messaging service!

2. Subscribe to a T-Mobile phone plan
Subject to 12 month minimum term contract and credit check.

3. Subscribe to the T-Mobile Picture Messaging service
A charge of £20 per month (in addition to your price plan) gives you connection to the service and an allowance of 10MB to send and receive picture messages with your phone. It also includes unlimited access to your Picture Messaging Centre on the web including the image gallery.
