I really doubt they are swamped with phones since it took them a week for me to send out my Z600 and get it back fixed. The second time at least.
It takes an idiot to do something cool, thats why its cool. |

After over 30 business days with no answer I complained to the BBB. Now they will get the sledge hammer out and pound on SE. I will wait and see what happens next.

Have just phoned for a status report on my P900 and was told that its being replaced with a new model but no date as to when I'll recieve it. I thought the P900 had been discontined/unavailable. Hope I get my retractable stylus back as well.
I tried sniffing coke once but didnt like it. The bubbles kept going up my nose  |

When I sent my fon in I was told to send it in without battery, sim card, stylus, mem card, back cover etc. Just the bare phone, because you might not get your accessories back.

They only told me to remove the MS and sim card. I was in their reception when I was told. I'd better get everything back otherwise there will be some choice words flying through the air 
Bought a K700i from CPW today to make do until the P900 arrives back.

Now this is in the US and I think it is different in the UK. Maybe they sell less glue.

No, I don't have mine back yet. I gave it to the better business bureau. They are a institution, that takes complaints to the companies. I expect an answer in two weeks. Same here my fone is gone for 2 month now. I am really pissed, too.

Well. I went to pick mine up only to be told that it was still with the manufacturer. I told that i was told my phone was ready for collection and was told they have it down as still with the manufacturer. They were supposed to have got back to me the same day with an explanation but still nothing after 3 days.
