The original cover is available in Hong Kong (I know a vendor who can provide it) but it is quite expensive.. at least 20 pounds each..

If your current face cover is not scratched badly.. I'd recommend not to change it..

i like your idea of the transparent paper, you'll have to tell me how it turns out and any pics if possible mate. im tempted to test a few colours!

there is official housing on ebay...i am looking for the blue housing though.

Yea Ebay sells K700i original Housing...but im a little confused about the "Hooks". Can you easily put the hooks back into place when you are putting the phone back together?

Oddly enough NONE of the ebay sellers sell detailed instrustions on how to change the housing.

Mobile fun have got genuine Sony K700 covers in stock, £14.95 plus delivery, I got mine from www.cnn.cn for about £13.11 delivered, that included front cover, camera cover, battery cover and middle housing that everything screws on to.

I used a guide by mrk on Mobile 9, here: http://www.mobile9.com/invboard/index.php?showtopic=5583

Wasn't really that difficult, only the last two tabs at the top were reluctant to let go.
