Anther problem with my K700 is that when I use Bluetooth to create an Internet connection from either my laptop or my IPAQ (whilst it works perfectly) when I drop the connection the K700 restarts itself and comes back on with Bluetooth turned off. Has anyone else found this or is it a unique fault on my phone?
On a lighter note, why did the keyboard lock have to change from "More > *" to "* > More" Just seems totally unneccessary! And the person responsible for the stupid cover over the connector block should be shot!! You either cut it off and it spoils the lines of a beautiful phone or leave it in place and it drives you mad!
That said, it is a wonderful phone - I'm sure it will be even better with the next release of the firmware. |

Yep, the cover on the bottom. It makes putting the phone onto the Sony desktop stand/charger that I have in my office a total pain unstead of a one second job with the T610, it gets in the way when I want to plug the phone into the car charger and generally is annoying. I know it's a small issue but I have two friends with the phone who feel exactly the same and there are several postings around the Internet from others who have got fed up and cut it off with a sharp knife. I'm sure I'll do the same eventually.
If you only charge your phone twice a week then fine, but the amount I use mine, it's on and off charge and PC connections all day.
Personally I've no issue with the ring tones, but I tend to have it on vibrate only most of the day so I'm not a very good judge of this.

I think the cover at the bottom of the phone makes it look great, but it should have been some kind of removable thingy instead of being a fixed and folding thingy.

yeah they probably should have made the cap optional but I have charged the phone every day since monday and went out in the car (and so put it in the car kit) three times today and its no big deal really. I worry more about the big things than the little things like this that really only affect me minimally
the battery is working great today too now that it has been through a few cycles

Hello
Can someone using the K700 confirm:
1)Happend to me once just a minute ago, anoying...
2)Who buys a phone to use the camera? not yet, the s700 will have a good one...
3)Tryed two phones to pair the phone with a computer and both got stuck. I paired from the phone and it worked fine.
4)First three days the battery dies all the time, same thing every time I buy a new phone.
5)I love the new OS.
Does anyone have anything to say about the joystick? I think it's to big, I can't get any grip of it.
And I want to have a shortcut to the lamp... |

No sticky 2 key, no lag, pictures are fine... good quality, not grainy, no delay when taking pics. Battery life seems good so far, I'm just charging, but when I bought it I switched it on... battery life showed to be 10% full. That lasted without running out for 2 hours while taking pics and transferring files through bluetooth, and listening to the radio... I'm charging it now... |

I' ve heard about a bug concerning the battery icon, which is supposed to be crappy.
