I think that would be acceptable, I have quite a few gripes of my own. Apparently there is to be a segment on this week's Watchdog in the UK featuring 3, they have said they will explain to the public about the various problems their customers have been experiencing.
The two biggest problems I have with them are that my phone repeatedly refuses to make calls; it simply won't connect me despite having a good signal, and 3's customer service department. Any time I have phoned customer services I am met with someone who is quite obviously reading from prepared responses and who can't actually help with any enquiry which would involve deviation from the script, matters aren't helped by the fact that 3's predominantly Indian customer service team sometimes fail to understand me, not surprising really since the UK contains a multitude of dialects and accents, which they are probably not all that familiar with, in addition to the fact that the British (especially Scots) tend to speak very quickly. Apparently there is another customer service centre in Glasgow, but, as yet, I have failed to get through to this one. I have also heard a rumour that the man who was in charge of Orange’s customer service team has just been brought in to sort out 3’s team, so hopefully things will get better soon.
To be fair to 3 they are trying and, at the moment, they are the only 3G network in the UK and are dealing with new technology, which doesn't have the years of testing and refinement that GSM has behind it, so perhaps we should be more tolerant of their shortcomings.

Well i think this thread was a really nice idea and you didn't deserve the grief you've been getting. The only problem is that video phone is very personal and people might be too embarrased

It could prove a useful thread for the discussion of all things 3G.

going on from what scotsboyuk said (i agree); i was wondering is it worth getting the new LG 3 phone (8110??), or should i carry on waiting for the z1010? i am planning on getting two 3 phones (hopefully 2 z1010s), but the phone just keeps on getting delayed. This is last month i am planning on waiting tho - keeping my 2 t-mobile sims active till i can get a z1010 on 3
P.S i'll be up for testing any features of my 3 phone.... once i've got it that is
edit: just thought: if i get a LG phone now, would i be able to return it and take the z1010 once its out? How long is the return/exchange policy on 3?

@T68iKING
I am faced with the same dilemma, I have been waiting, for what seems like forever, for the z1010 and I am very tempted to get the LG model too, but it would just be sod's law that as soon as I purchased the LG the z1010 would come out. Personally I am going to hang on; I think it will be worth it.

28 day return policy. The LG 8110 annit that bad looking but the menus are werid. Worse than a Motorola. Plus it has no Bluetooth. If 3 Sweden has released it, it wont be long before it hits the UK. Ie a month or so.
