wouldnt say we were robbed but standard of living is cheaper in slovenia.. thats all I mean not being rude but how much do you earn per month on average compared to a UK person?
Just relatives all the way around if you know what I mean?
I mean most professionals in UK wouldnt get out of bed for less than £20 an hour.  well maybe not strictly true but Im sure you know what im tugging at here. |

@peanut autumn may be the best time of the year to release new technology but probably not when one of your main competitors has launched already and everyone who are buying mms phones are going to them instead. ;-) Ed

Correct I wouldn't get out of bed for that ha ha joking aside I think £20 at the moment is too much, I think it should be free to begin with, like Orange first did with WAP until more people can access it, as I only know 3 people who have a MMS capable phone I would find myself better off sending pictures directly from my phone and MCA20 (when I get it) through the email client built into the phone (if this can be done of course as I dont know cause iI aint got the MCA20 yet) |

also created a mailbox (as long as you are reg'd on there ) to store them there by sending them to 777, get Free MMS from the gallery and send them to who ever.
also has a PMcollect service for people that do not have PM
and even create an alias address by calling 1960 from the T-Mobile.

I'm on T-Mobile and i have to say i'm very impressed with the new MMS + GPRS services. I had vodafone for 4 months and decided to cancel and go back to T-Mobile. I've noticed the GPRS is better, seems faster and more reliable, and MMS is brilliant. Have pop3 email setup to send pix from my MCA-20 too and works great. Not forgetting T-Mobiles customer service is 2nd to none! Not a joke like vodafone and O2 whos CSR's are thick as pig shit at the best of times! I love my T-Mobile!

do u kno how many network fauilures they have, their MMS is overcharged n ull see that wen Virgin n Vodafone release theirs in Spetember
u may be avin good GPRS from em but their GSM service is nowhere near the level of O2 or Vodafone, though it is better than orange 
as for the 'benfits' T-Mobile givin u extras like a pop3 addy 2 collect ur MMS from etc, thats not a benefit thats a must have, the way the network works requires there 2 b a mail server running the MMS, for peeps wit 3510's etc who cant actually receive MMS, it gets auto forwarded 2 the mail server ! they may have said 2 u 'oooooooooooh look u can have free email collection of ur MMS 2 rnt we gr8 now give us all ur money n well knock out 20 cells a day of your service n take 7 days 2 fix it 2'
T-Mobile i aint impressed wit
their cust is ervice is 3rd in fact - u may find em good but the nation says no !
the best ull find and has been for the last 2 years runnin is Virgin !!
although Virgin use T-Mobile network u will see Virgins service sky rocket in next 2 months as they are detatching themselves and controlling their own network space and maintaing it themselves not relyin on crappy T-Mobile

Vodafone are currently aiming for a 1st October 2002 launch for MMS, the pricing model will be similiar to o2's planned 30p per MMS (exact details are pending but there may be a promotion with the launch).
The Phone Configurator on the Sony Ericsson website now contains the settings for MMS for Vodafone U.K. (which you can get sent to your phone), but it will not work until the product gets launched.

riflogic - no, those settings for Vodafone U.K. on Sony Ericsson's configurator website do not work because the WAP Gateway used for MMS by Vodafone has not yet been configured or enabled for Public use.
Sony Ericsson jumped the gun, you have to wait until Vodafone launches MMS (pencilled in for 1st October 2002).

nice to see Vodafone and Orange though about MMS unlike T-Mobile hmm which you rather pay 30p per message ( as not that many people have MMS hansets yet) or pay an extra £20 per month and the end up using the GPRS on it otherwise its a rip off? Without Vodafone there wouldnt be any other networks with GPRS |
