I hope that wasnt directed at me. I have been following the thread started by bobafett and noticed that various people seem to be collecting these prototypes off ebay. Interested i pursued it further. hence the link. The sellers from england. I'm from Ireland! Just thought it would be nice for a collector.
Now apparently this isnt the first time one of these things has come up on sale before. Its been spotted on ebay by Germans. I done a long search on the Hedvig on google and cant remember which words i searched for.
Doesnt the keypad look a bit T28 ish?

Err its gone up to £56 bid! That's ridiculous may i say for a phone that doesnt work. Some people must want it pretty badly!

i could not justify spending over a £100 on a non functional phone, unless a was a rich rich man and had a unhealthy obsession with phones.

Its a real rarity, so it has its price. Do dont have to be rich or have any kind of illness to get such a fone.

well maybe no illness (maybe there are rare phone collectors out there?) But you gotta be pretty well off to spend £100 on a non working phone (i could not "waste" my money like that)
But each to there own

There you go: Another chap over at Telefon-Treff.de won the auction and shoot some impressive photos of the phone.
What is surprising, the whole casing is made of metal.
Photos
cheers,
