117 in the Philippines, but if you are using your mobile phone, you can also use 112.

119 and 110 for China mobile and land phones. It is expected to change to a standard number in the near future.

BUT on GSM networks 112/08/911 is forwarded to 100 (i think for ROAMERS)

yes... as long as the firmware is programmed with the emergency number you can use it... you can see which numbers are in use if you check special numbers in the phonebook on your phone.
