How do you put 1/2 and 1/4 notes etc??

IS there any where where there are ringtones written out like above that i can view on the internet??

if you go to your composer it always starts with a 1/4 note
if you press 8 then it will shorten the note it it will become a 1/8 note
if you press 9 then it becomes a half note

The whole composer in the t68i confuses me!

Would it be possible to write out the entire keystrokes to put in the phone. Maybe then i could figure it out!
