I wouldn’t waste the money on that, since then you have no warranty, no way of upgrading (Maybe some lucky few), and the possibility of becoming the criminal her/himself, even though you did nothing.

As tempting as it sounds, althought i think that 370euros is a little steep considering its got nothing with it, i would most likely have to say NO aswell.

Who knows its stolen?? Ask no questions, tell no lies.

If you were to ask the guy if the phone was stolen.. what do you think the answer is going to be.. more like this.. NAH MATE... its a friend owed me money so gave me this.. its all legit.. honestly is it!!!

So what do you think now? It MIGHT be legit, you never know, but then again, it is most likely stolen considering that theres no box, manual, charger, etc etc.

The choice is yours there m8...

There is no way. Look what happened to me I got my phone stolen. It's not worth it. Plus you don't know if it works or not.

Heres the deal in Greece when you upgrade your phone, ericsson doesnt ask for papers or anything, they just upgrade it no matter what, thats good for the stolen phones and bad for the poor owners

Same here in Sweden - no papers needed.
Nice, but not most secure way to handle things.

His nickname does not imply honesty...

Anyone from Greece willing to translate his/her posts in this topic ?

I can translate it myself. I said: "haha apo to fleamarket ton vrikes to malaka??? to eixa skeftei kai go alla den to pira... ase... na eixe toulaxiston mia apodeiksi.... kalitera na ta apofevgeis ta klemmena "
which means: "haha did you find that arseh**e from fleamarket? (www.fleamarket.gr, like e-bay but greek)? I had thought about it, but i didn't get it... forget it... if it had a receipt ok... you'd better avoid stolen stuff." And apart from my nickname, which i took from the game (which i love!) i have never bought something stolen. Ok my friend?? i don't think you should judge someone by his nickname!!!!
