well the problem is that it wasn't THE real S700.

you could clearly see that because it had no markings or branding... just plain silver

the only thing that we could see is that it had a TOTAL different interface, the screen and camera... no messaging or calling function was embedded...

and i've seen the z1010 to... i must say...

In Samuel L. Jacksons way:

thats a big motherf**ker!!!

that thing is HUGE!!
but it was nice to work with, it's even wider than a NEC, a bit thicker than a Z600 and the same hight than a T610...

What the menu interface is different from the T6x0/Z600 ? I hope it's better then.

And congrats to abelsco for updating their site ... not !!!

Called Abelsco a week ago or something to ask if I could get my Z600 flashed (damn bugs are irritating me big time now), and the guy told me that they cannot update any software themselves at this moment (they have to send the phones off to some other place), but he assured me that the service desk would be able to do updates again in 1 or 2 weeks. Will call them again this w/e or so and ask again.

Could also explain why their site has been down for months now, and is still not up. Guess there is some major restructuring going on over there...
Calm down - it's only ones and zeroes.

Oh I see, +- one month ago I was at abelsco for a problem with my dads P900 screen, I asked if they could flash my Z600 quickly and they said that they moved their Service Center to a bigger place ( they have all Benelux now !!! ) and the big boss said that they will let a computer for the sw upgrades but I had to wait 1 or 2 weeks ..................

After one month they are still with the "1 or 2 week story"
