I feel sure the tune used to be on a TV programme - though I can't remember which one.

It was used as the theme tune to Keith Floyd's various cookery programs - Floyd on Food/France/Fish.....etc
The track originally appeared on The 1981 Stranglers album 'The Gospel According to The Meninblack'
It appears as the 'B' side to their new single 'Long Black Veil' released on 12th April on Liberty EMI |

Devistation04, If you mean the advert with the speakers in the ground, the music doesnt have a title yet and is made by fatboy slim and some other guy (Simon Thornton). Theres more information at http://www.mutualmisunderstanding.com
