Yeah they both have voice recorder. Even my T310 has a voice recorder!

gseth, while the "T650" or whatever it's likely to be called does have a T630-esque KEYPAD, it most certainly does not resemble it in the rest of its form or materials. Judging by the leaked pics/vids of new handsets, it's logical to say that most new SE phones will NOT look like the T630.

Many sources apparently knowledgeable about upcoming SE products have stated that their new designs will all feature aluminium in their construction, much like the T610. The new SO505iS-style handet will apparently be completely encased in aluminium. Which is fantastic news all-round.

And comparing the looks of the T630 to the "T650" (obviously only from the two small images found so far) is like comparing Fisher Price to Bang and Olufsen.

Coming back to the main debate, it's a matter of personal preferences.

Another thing to be remembered is that the t630 is smaller and lighter.

The only thing in favour of the t610 is the price. Its design now looks boring much like the design of the 7250.

The black was not shiny at all, quite matt in fact and not to my taste, and it looks much better in photo that in real life IMHO

Have to disagree with you there. I think that the matt blck looks v.proffesional and it looks better than it did in the pictures. The colour makes it look pretty solid. In contrast the T630 like the i-pod looks like its gonna break if you squeeze to hard !

Well thats just my opinion! hehe

I heard that T630 has a better screen than 610. however the technical spesifications of SE site say they both have same resolution, and 65K colours!
what else differs between them?

welcome to Esato

yes, they do have the same resolution and number of colours but it is the technology of the screen itself that differs. The T610 has a passive screen (STN) whereas the T630 has an active screen (TFT) and thats where the vast difference in display quality is

I have just purchased a white T630!
Very impressed, looks fantastic.
By the way, it is THE SAME size as the T610 I don't care what anyone says!
Just one thing. The camera if far WORSE than the T610 in lowish light!
Anything in the slightest shadow turns to a dark, very very grainy patch! It's horrible!
Using the T610 at the same time along side it produces a much better picture!
This has really pissed me off! Anyone else made a similar comparison?
