ive wrote to them 3 times now and still no reply, i sent the last one yesterday saying if i didnt receive a reply within a week then ill go to trading standards and CAB and they can take it up for me. which i will do if i dont hear from the soon.
dgeorge, wot address did u send your letter to? ive been sending mine to suite 82, 6 wilmslow road, manchester m14 5tp.

In the UK, if you pay for anything over £100, and the company goes bust before you receive the goods, the card company is liable for refunding your money. It's then up to them to go and get their money back from the bust company.
It seems a little sus. that they took orders for £95 right before they closed opeartions. Maybe they saw a loophole to get some cash in...
Otherwise, I'm afraid you'll be at the very bottom of a long list of creditors. When a company goes titsup like this, everything is sold off, the banks, etc are paid off first, and customers are paid last out of what is left. Very often, they get nothing. |

I have just found this thread through google. I really need a mobile.
I used freedom4mobiles and got my money back, but I really wanted the phone because it was so cheap.
I got my money back as well, I wanted to have the phone as a present for my daughter for her birthday.
When I got a letter, telling me that I had to send I.D. I emailed them straightaway and requested my money and to cancel the transaction.
I was further told that I had to wait a week.
I happy to say, I got a refund. This was weeks ago though.

At least you got the refund, people i know didnt get refunded from that site. They tell up that its not their policy to give the refund

Since my last posting I have written to them fifteen times!! I have tried everything in my letters and still I have had no reply. Don`t know what to do next, think it is a real case of been ripped off  |
