only prob with sending a pic is that they have to push yes to accept it while you are in range. With a note that get no choice to whether or not they want it.

Just send a contact instead. Try the subway for victims. The best is while u are in a train or waiting for a train. Plenty of victims  Cinema is good too. Victims can go out of range

I have only ever managed to get one person b4, though have tried quite a few times. Got them in a musuem.
