id wait and get the 7650 or P800

By the time these phone are available for delivery, there will be newer phones "just around the corner." You'll be waiting forwever for the "perfect" device. Doesn't make any sence to wait especially 6 months worth.

My opinion on the T68i (coming from a guy that uses it 6,000 minutes a month)? I think (and pretty much is fact) it is the most feature rich, tehnologically advanced phone in existance. And, I actually use most of the features.

Are there a few shortcomings? Sure ... is there another phone with anywhere near the features? Well, the forthcoming Sendo Z100 is a tempting close runner up, less the bluetooth (but will be a dongle add on), and the Nokia 7210 is behind that. I am sure the Sendo will lack the battery life of the SE, and I suppose the Nokia will too, from past excperience.

The speed on the T68i? Yes, there are some issues in packing so much stuff into ne little phone, and SE is working hard to equalize where the processor is best focused. They definitely shifted slight focus to speed up SMS in the newest (R2B) software. I am sure SE would like to produce the phone with a faster processor, but they have the T68i now as it stands, until they invest the R&D for the next model. Or, maybe, and I cannot say for sure, they balanced the excellent battery life, with the option of installing a faster processor, that might have diminished the battery life. Personally, I am happy to lose some speed for a better battery life.

The P800 should be the ultimiate in technology, and, personally, I can't wait!!

Anyway, just my 2c

Jeff
