IMHO this is a minor issue and only a small part of a total tidy up we could do on Esato regarding thread locations. Either way it would be alot of work for laffen and/or mods.
I personally see most vid/MP4 threads going into the P800/P900 forum and the very few that go into the themes... etc forum are not really a big deal and its the posters choice.
As tranquil has said a few times, if you feel strongly about a thread, its location, content etc, then just PM a mod and they will look at it and take action as neccessary.
In general unless the video thread you are looking for is more than a few days old you will probably use the search to find it and therefore it doesn't really matter which if the two forums in question it is located in.

Also, as Masseur says, let the posters post whereever they want. Or creat a forum for yourself, where YOU could place threads where YOU want.
It's true that the forum could need a little tidying up, but hey, that's already what the mods do. So let'em do their job. Not sure they need your advice on what to do when...
