you should have several tabs available to you. Mobile phones, SIM cards, COM ports, Advanced and Setup

if you go to COM Ports you can click on a port that is listed and buttons will be enabled below for reserve, unreserve, disable and enable.

can you not do any of that?

Yea I kinda gave up on the SE software that came with my T610.. I ALMOST had it working I think but something went wrong, every time I open up the Image Editor it says no T610 Detected... But the software I got with my Logitech Bluetooth keyboard/mouse works fine for it all.. installed all the services for it and everything. I have a question though while you guys are on the subject of this. I notice you mentioned the SIM card tab in the MPM thing.. does that let you view the contacts stored on the SIM or just lets you name it or something.. ?

When I go into the program to view all of that info, do I connect to the serial ports first? If I do that, I get this error message

Your phone (sublime) does not answer properly. This can be due to an internal problem of your phone. Please power your phone off and on, and try again.

Is this because I didn't install XTNDConnect or whatever that thing is?

I don't have Outlook, only outlook express so that thing wouldn't even install...
