My God jealous of what!? It looks cheap and tacky! I really do not think prototypes will get into the hands of random service guys. Most of them don't even get paid on the Ericsson pay roll! Duped me thinks.

the joystick didnt not light up. It was transparent blue in colour so that the backlight shone thru. |

When I saw the T68 for the first time on last years CeBIT there was a guy holding it, and it was attached to a cord!
What I can remember is that the guy didn't let anyone hold it, and the display was B&W. Such a prototype. But I don't remember the phone beeing red.
However, ther is one thing that might back the story up is that Ericsson (At that time) were showing lots of new tecnology, like MMS and Sync ML with modified R320's, red and marked "PROTOTYPE". But the production phones they were showing were in their normal colors. |

Ived also seen that prototype that the joystick lights up coz the joystick color was light blue and the light passed thru it.. That phone looked cool. I wonder why they chose to block it off. It took me days before i get over it. Well until i got my baby T68i |

-He's got a point. Has anyone seen the first Ericsson GPRS phone (a modified red R320 with the letters GPRS writen in white at the top left hand side of the phone goin upwards)
