It's not that big a crime but think of the real owner of the t630.. (exept if nobody owned that phone:P)

I agree with tranq and Universal. It is still stealing.
Once he got his T616 back, he should have given the T630 back to the manager, and explained to everybody there what happened.
Just a few hours ago, a poster found a T610. He was asking for help to unlock the said phone, so he could use it. Everybody who answered that thread reprimanded that guy for not returning/turning over the phone to the police. They accused that guy of stealing, because at one time or another, they themselves have lost a phone and was not returned to them.
One could say the two threads are different. But, I still say they both got phones that they did not pay for and did not do anything to return it. That for me is stealing, any way I look at it. One could say that the manager deserved to lose that T630, because he was st*pid. But we could also say that it is also st*pid to leave your phone behind and you deserve to lose that phone, because you're not careful enough.
To the person who got that T630, do an Abe, and return that phone.

kinda off subject but i recieved two copies of a game once and i didnt return one because i would have had to pay for shipping, and it would have had to go all the way to sweeden! i dont see how i sohuld pay for their mistakes. is that stealing? |

After much unfortunate guilt, (thanks to all of you people who called me a "thief", I decided to return the T630. I charged it, took one picture with it in my hand, and gave it up....  I better get a praise from all of you who called me a thief. Believe me it is very hard to do what I did. VERY HARD. I hope that you all will have the willpower I did to return it. I'm still happy to have my T616, but the guilt you and my parents both gave me is to much to keep it. I am a loyal  fan, and would not like to rip them off.
