I think the t68 is a fairly tough little phone, but feel that the volume switch is a bit of a weak spot. If you drop your t68 check this part of the phone carefully!

I dropped my t68m while i was in a workshop in college, it bounces!!!!!!

anyone with a T68i has any software problem, for eg my T68i once a while keeps freezing and shutts off on its own, what could that be

I had dust under my display until I dropped my phone, and since than its been clear!

Regarding the Dust underneath the case...on the display....
you can open the phone up and clean it carefully...

Thanx to TOTONOX for giving the instructions how to open it....

remember...on the website..it tells you to be extra extra careful not to touch the screen when you open the phone....it's very sensitive...I admit it...I opened mine...tried to clean it..and I think I made some really minor scraches on the side....so use the air blower shown there...

Sad 2 say that happened 2 my 1st T68 (im on my 3rd). We were on a night out wen my m8 had 2 much 2 drink, we took him out de limo 2 be sick .. Suddenly he goes 2 fall over, i jump and grab him, (what a HERO) then SUDDENLY my beautifull T68 falls 2 the concrete ground and 2 make it worse.... HE is SICK all over it... it totally F****d the phone but i have a new 1...!!! i was so angry ...! But its funny now..

YUP IT HAPPEND TO ME TODAY - NEVER EVER TELL UR FREIND TO CATCH UR £200 PHONE - I SAID CATCH AND DONT DROP IT UNFOTUNATELY THE FAT MAN DROPPED IT AND HIT THE MARBLE SCHOOL FLOOR!!!!! POOR EARL THE ERICSSON TO A BASH, BUT TO MY SURPRISE NOT ONE CHIP

My t68m has fallen more than 20times but this time its now in total shambles because it fell on concrete when i was about making a call, now the volume control is lost and there is deep scratches all over. The sc is charging of £70 i hope it wont happen to my t68i
