i got it to work some people cant get it to work because an annoying message keeps apearing saying memory full delete something press back then you get the message saying unable to open delete

aslo it is pointless because if you do a master reset they all come back so they are still save on the fone using memory so dont worry if you cant do it because you are not loosing out but in a way it is brill bcos if looking at them is pissing you off then you cant see them

Has anyone managed to remove the pictures from a Vodafone Live! T610 with R3C002?

Filled up the memory but when I click to view the pic I get a pic of the hourglass. Also I can't assign them to a contact because the menu is not available.

Cheers

When you delete them you get more free space cuz they are not in the memory the other pictures is stored. They are stored in the firmware memory.

I have the t-mobile T610 and i cannot delete the games. I have minigolf, 5stones and deep abyss. They are all predefined and i can't delete them, it doesn't work with 13sec. Also, after I delete all the predefined pics using the method described in this post, i have a total of 2010kB. (free 1700, 3 games, 1 theme, some ringtones).
How can I delete the games? Can I upgrade the firmware to a normal R3C? There is no T-mobile in my country!!

I did, and it works - you are supposed to get the hourglasses, or it wouldn@yt work. You should be able to go into the assign picture to contact in the phonebook menu, and when you try, it will say "cannot load picture - Delete?"

press yes, and hey presto! bye bye mr cheese! I'm a bird, and not a very technically minded one at that. if i can do this, anyone can - trust me!

The trick works fine,but it is stupid!
Is all it does is delete them from the users avalable memory,but if you were to reset your phone,they would be there again.This means that they are stored in other parts of the phones memory, that are not accesable (they can only be truely deleted by flashing the phone)

And being a bird has nothing to do with it!!!

@Folling
....Yez but you still get some more free space in the user memory that you can use on other stuff than that cheesy thing.

@Doddy
I didnt say that firmware doesnt take up memory. i said that firmware is stored in the firmware memory Not in the memory where the other pics are stored.

THIS DOES MAKE THE PICS APEAR TO HAVE GONE BUT THEY ARE STILL THERE YOU CANNOT GET RID OF THEM THE PICS ARE SAVE ON THE SAME MEMORY AS THE FIRMWARE IS

WHEN THEY APEAR TO HAVE GONE THEY ARE STILL THERE IN THE MEMORY SO NO, NO MEMORY IS FREED
