How much would it cost? $100 for a $0.10 light?

I've got one!!! Completely useless, but very funny wannahave gadget. Curious to see what this little thing does with the battery life. Laserdiodes consume very low power don't they? |

@markymark: Lucky you!!
Where did you get one??

Now that that said auction is slowly going to an end, anyone asked him if he'll be willing to ship outside Germany?
Besides, anyone yet found out where to get these flashylights outside of ebay? Any dealers??
Gosh, I want one of these!!

I got it from our Dutch SE account manager. He confirmed that these things probably will never be released again. They were just give-aways on Cebit 2002 at the SE-stand. I explained him that I visted Cebit 2002 and unfortunatley missed the gadgets there and really wanted to have one. Lucky for me he was able to find just one and gave it yesterday when I visited Sony plaza for a MCA-20/t68i product training.
The thing absolutely does NOTHING but shining a steady intense blue light, it lights up a whole room, no problem. And the funny part is, I've had the light on last night to check battery drainage, but that's not even noticible!!!, but then again, no surprise, a laserpointer works for ages with two small button batteries. I will try to post some pictures later on. If you make a call in a dark environment with the module clicked on you draw much more attention then with a hbh-15 I guess.
Before I got this one I mailed with the German guy from ebay, nice fellow, he will ship outside Germany.
The device fits on any 3 volt (Sony)ericsson phone |

Thanx hymie, that saves me some time taking and uploading pictures. If you really want it, try the guy at ebay. It's not clear how many he has. Maybe just one. If you want mine.......I'm still looking for a nice sporty Rolex® Explorer watch.......
