Well - I was actualled asked in a pm - but did not give my permission since I was to busy to engage in any new projects atm - and now Im a litle surprised to see many of my themes not only posted on the site - but furthermore alot of them are posted as "by juanje" with the operator name modified to read www.infowalles.net, though some are still being posted as "by spawn"
Im not really sure how I should feel about this.
On one hand I think juanje only wants to be helpfull, Im sure he means no harm, on the other I would like to be able to deside myself where my themes are hosted.

@Spawn: yours are good, it said you made it. I actually thought you posted there, since it says posted by Spawn. While for other themes, the thememaker's name are not even mentioned. It just says posted by Juan_je, and the operator's title is the site's address. I thought the actual thememakers should receive some credits.

I don't know who that piece of sh*t Jhony is but I'm sure as hell he didn't create any of the themes submitted by him.
This one is mine. I did it. Nobody else. And I'm pissed off. Extremely, that is.
Take it off the site immediately and tell Jhony I'm gonna make him eat his mobile if I see something like that again.

My themes are available in .thm format via one of my domains only.
They're available in .zip format along with a readme file vie mobile9.com.
And that's all.
I did not authorize you to host it, neither did you have the right to alter it, to do the preview with your URL etc. pp.
It seems to be the same with the other themes' authors.
I never will authorize you, either. No f*cking way.
So delete it and get lost.

te recomiendo q si vas a subir algun tema a tu pagina , primero consultes al creador de ese tema ... para q no haya ningun problema como los q ya te sucedieron pues mucha gente te acusa de robar ... por asi decirlo , algunos o todos sus temas ... bueno espero te vaya bien con tu proyecto ... !
