well you wouldn't want to go in the water much up there in Scandinavia much would you? Bit chilly.
Mind you I did enjoy the archipeligo off Stockholm in the summer a few years back while I was working there, but I definitly used a dry suit for diving
if you're going to oz though you really have to learn to surf...
