erm.... what I do (but I do not know if there is in fact a more 'professional' way )
I open the theme in Theme Creator Pro, make a screenshot, crop the screenshot to what I want to show and upload that as 1 picture
All thise because I couldn't actually think of an easier way....
cue for anybody to point out that there is infact a much easier way!

all i do is press print screen with theme creater open and open adobe photoshop paste and crop then upload it (see link for full details).

@expert_21, thanks for solving,downloaded all the themes,thats fine for me...i never used any theme before on a t610...looks great..

I think i could only choose 1 pic,dont know how to copy all at once,and i dont have photoshop which vinnie has suggested on another thread,is photoshop free?

@ boyi, use paint instead .

Edit: great theme .
open your theme in theme creater, press print screen on your keyboard, open paint, press ctrl+V (if it asks you, if you'd like to resize press yes), select the M A R Q U E E tool (looks like a rectangle with dotted line) and click and drag until it includes all you want to include,press ctrl+C, then press ctrl+N (if it asks if you want to save press no) press ctrl+V and then save the pic, go to http://www.uploadit.org and you know the rest .
