Its possibly a service recon unit that was put back in the original box, the IMEI numbeers dont HAVE to match, as long as its not a stolen phone & i bet it isn't.
Cradle part is a bit naughty though.

I worte Jazzy an email but for the rest of those reading....
I simply forgot the cradle as i had the final exam EVER of my degree so guess where my mind was...a million miles away! (finally my degree is done! 
The phone was bought from a police officer so your right Pachy its legit! The box IMEI is diff cos he sold his wife's on ebay the same week and simply put the phones in the wrong box!!! Genuine mistake! Stooopid copper!
But fair is fair...I have agreed to give Jazzy a refund. I believe that there is nothing wrong with the phone apart from it ACCIDENTALLY having the wrong box....so i will advertise it for sale again.
You can see from my 480+ ratings on ebay that im legit so that states my case that this was a simple mistake.
Anyone wana buy a P800 in that case? £230 as advetsied before.

I recieved the phone back this morning. I have given jazzy a refund now so this should now be sorted.

So everyone please take note from this that a REFUND was give to Jazzy and that I have been honest throughout. The box thing was not my fault but this shows that I am an honest person to deal with....even though all of these negative threads have in some peoples eyes give me a bad rep!!!!!

I know this guy at exchangemasters in London will maybe give you £230 for it m8 if the craddle and all is in the box and like new , give him ago , he is in London.

Thanks Jazzy...i tried early...they are only offering £200 for them now...and seeing its an Origional SE one..not a contract one im hoping to get about £220 to £230. i will try Ebay. Thanks for ur patiennce by the way.
