@mixin u might be right, but isnt it risky to take a fone in aparts, then put together etc u are an expert in it, but what about the others? I wrong move and the fone is dead. Is it worth?

you only need a new kaypad/keyboard PCB if you are gonna put a T630 case on.
You can easily get away with changing the LCD, upgrading the software and keeping the T610 case/keypad
boba > phones arent actually that complex inside, you'd have to be a complete wally to break it

I would never dare to touch them, so i ll let to fix it by my friend. Btw is this action only cos of the screen and the t610 design?

I was just wondering if it was easy to complete, I don't like T630 look, so maybe, if possible, I would upgrade only screen and FW and have a T630 inside my T610 case, anyway I'll wait for my new K700i and then make the franky with my T610....
