SE just released a new MyPicture:
http://wap.sonyericsson.com/emi_download/MyAnimation/SonyEricssonMyPictures.exe

And a new MPM comes with this package, MPM1,0,0,624. Unfortunately, MPM still cannot find T68 via the vitural COM port provided by XTNDConnect's blue Manager from Cyber Blue CF/PC card.

But the symptom changed:
1.With previous MPM, nothing happened with the cyber blue card.
2.With new MPM, the card On and Off in certain interval when enable the virtual port at MPM, seems MPM is open and listen. In a regular operation e.g. GPRS dial, Blue Manager will ask which device you'll communicate to but MPM doesn't active blue manager to initialize the commnunication with BT device. Whatever, seems it's a progress and I'm just waiting for newer MPM than 1.0.0.624?

I feel myself a little bit annoying but I just raised an idea about this.

This problem should not be what kind of BT card/dongle you use, but the driver software and MPM of SE.

In this case, it's issue of XTNDConnect Blue Manager and MPM. If there is anyone has successful story with this combination, I believe mine will work as well.

Have you seen these instructions on the Sony Ericsson web site?

Enabling Communication on Windows® systems

Download a manual to help explain how to install Communication. You will need Acrobat Reader to view this document.

Download Communication manual

The link is on the right hand side of this page:

http://www.sonyericsson.com/a/index.htm?frameset1.htm,image_editor_download.htm
(will have to cut and paste link)

Its pretty basic info, but if it helps . . .

I use an Epox Bluetooth dongle, which comes with the Widcomm drivers. It's $30 to $40 US, and seems to work OK for me on Windows XP Professional.

Thanks fro post. Actually I know how to set MPM and tried every combination.

One progress, the TDK mobile from TDK systems can use Blue Manager to connect T68 via BT virtual serial port.

Only thing I can say is that both Blue Manager from XConnect and MPM are sucks. And it's also strange that XConnect is the softwarea bundled with SE.

I had the same problem, I have now however managed to get it to work.

You need version 2.0 of the XTND Connect Bluemanger software, I managed to find it here

XTNDConnect%20Blue%20Manager.exe

I've seen the Blue Manager 2.0 download in a few places, including at the www.windigosys.com support page. But they all require a password to unzip. Anybody know it?

I eventually got by t68i and computer synching via bluetooth (d-link adaptor):

1. Connect a serial port on you phone via "bluetooth places"
2. Enable that COM port under "Phone Monitor Options" under Control Panel

XTDNconnectPC then worked. (Seemed slower than IR though)
