Of course they were happy to change your phone - after all its just casing.
They can recycle the internal parts and 'make' a new phone.
Its like swopping a 3310 with a grey cover for a 3310 with a blue cover at the end of the day.
Sorry for my flippancy, but then the sig says it all!

Recycle? Why? Costs them 15 cents just to build new electronics |

Why spend more time on this ... be happy with the phone you got (t68m) and buy something else instead. I also felt a little disappointed when they released the t68i but then I bought a Geforce4 ti4600 to my computer and guess what ... I don't care about the phone anymore.
It will always be like this, you will buy technical stuff and then they release something new and you want that instead. The t68i owners are happy now but for how long. |

What arguments did you use to get them to change your phone for you?? I need some ideas cos i only just bought my t68m and i only found out about the t68i when i read up on ericssons. Bit annoyed. Help? |

That the T68m isnt a MMS phone yet - and that ist awfully slow in the menus, T9 etc. and then that he felt cheated by when they released the phone that we actually paid for, at least the functionalitys!
