Did anyone try the bluetooth connection with a headset or a Pocket PC with bluetooth?
I currently have my Pocket PC with bluetooth configured for gprs service through my t68i handset. Works perfect, and no dial-up fees!
Want to make sure this works with the z600. |

No speaker phone option is a deal breaker for me. How could it not? It has a polyphonic speaker dedicated to the ringtones. Why couldn't they use that speaker?
I guess I'll be waiting for the Moto v600... |

I have to say that since I have a T610 and a Z600 (all software issues aside), I am leaning towards the T610. The Z600 does have beautiful screen, but I think it's just too big for me. It's big, not when it's folded, but when it's open. I've been using the T68 and T68i for so long that I have just gotten used to having a much smaller profile phone next to my head.
I don't know. Overall, I am very disappointed in the Z600. |

the louder ringtones even in the beginning of the ringtone, and the memmory problem solved is a hell of an improvement. Only for that i would choose for the Z600.
The T610 design is better, and the stripes-cuver is not that nice on the Z600, i will never use that one. I think the Z600 will be more expancive because it costs more to build a clam shell

Had this phone for two weeks now and I have only superlatives to say for it. Screen is great, menu intuitive, lots of built-in short cut menus to get to what you really need in two clicks. Great screen, better reception than my previous (T39) and much better, almost seemless integration with the Sony Ericsson HBH 60 bluetooth headset. I particularly like the icon (on both main screen and the little LED on the outside) which tells you not only whether bluetooth is on, but also whether the headset is connected to the phone.
WAP works fine; I really appreciate the larger screen. Better still is the phone has a POP email client -- much superior to using a WAP service to check my email on the phone.
There's no speakerphone, but doesn't matter to me because I use the bluetooth headset.
Only negative is that I find the infrared a little unreliable. It works when you turn it on, but when I try to beam something over from my Palm a few minutes later (or connect again) there's a problem finding the phone's IR again. Turn the phone's IR off and on again, and then it works.
The z600 is a little bigger than I am used to -- thicker folded and slightly heavier than the T series phones. But it's still small.
I picked it up online for $450 US, a firm out of NY. Here's the URL
